MAT.APP.(F.C.) 332/2018 & CM APPL. 54242/2018 The challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 03.07.2018 by which the litigation expenses has been fixed @ Rs.11,000/- as well as to the order dated 26.09.2018 rejecting the review.

We find no grounds to entertain the present appeal. The amount

awarded is not on the lighter side. At this stage, the counsel for the appellant has urged that the appellant may be permitted to pay the amount in two equal instalments.
