% 12.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.293/2001 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered at police station Defence Colony and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed. Mr. Shoban Kotru, Authorised Signatory of the respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with counsel for the respondent no. 2. Mr. Shoban Kotru says that matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. In terms of

the settlement, `11,14,000/- has already been received by the respondent no.

2. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 were having some commercial transactions with regard to air ticket bookings and the disputes between them led to registration of the present FIR. He further submits that respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.293/2001 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered at police station Defence Colony and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
