The contempt petition is misconceived because by the order dated 22.5.2017 only operation of the impugned judgment dated 1.5.2017 was stayed with respect to the first floor and the second floor of the suit property so far as appellant in the appeal Sh. Om Prakash is concerned and that if any further action would be taken by the parties the same was subject Cont. Cas (C) No.628/2017

to the orders of the court and which would not mean that there is an injunction against any of the parties but all that has been observed is that the subsequent order of the court will take care of the situation if any actions are taken which will be prejudicial to the parties in terms of the decision in FAO No.236/2017 3.

Dismissed.
