O R D E R

% 14.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner offers to deposit `10,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court without prejudice to his rights and contentions, during the pendency of the trial, if any, initiated subsequently.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, subject to petitioner depositing `10,00,000/-, as offered by him with the Registrar General of this Court within six weeks and subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the

Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, petitioner may be released on bail, in the event of his arrest. It is made clear that anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner only in view of his offering to deposit `10,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court. In case the aforesaid amount is not deposited with the Registrar General of this Court within six weeks, anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled automatically. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
