% 29.02.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.7.2015 passed by the ARC wherein leave to defend had been granted to the tenant. This Court has been informed that trial is in progress and statement of PW-1 has already been recorded in-chief. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that two more witnesses apart from PW-1 are to be examined in support of case whereas counsel for respondent-tenant submits that he will also examine 2-3 witnesses in defence.
Trial Court shall endeavour to expedite the trial and dispose of the matter preferably within an outer limit of 18 months from today. With this direction petition disposed of.
