% 11.09.2017 It is submitted that the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 327/2003 under Sections 452/ 324/ 34 IPC, registered at PS - Nand Nagri and the consequent proceedings therefrom may be quashed.
Respondent No. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by W/SI Sangeeta, PS - Nand Nagri. Respondent No. 2 says that petitioners are her brother-in-law. With the intervention of other family members, she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, and without any undue pressure, force and on coercion, and is not willing to pursue the present FIR any further.
Keeping in view that the disputes have already been settled between the parties and registration of FIR was on account of some civil dispute
which has now been settled, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
