% 18.05.2016 The present revision petition has been filed under Section 397 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the impugned order dated 20.08.2015 passed by the Appellate Court upholding the judgment dated 24.04.2015 and the order on sentence dated 20.05.2015.

The petition came up for hearing on 04.09.2015 when notice was issued to the respondent returnable on 01.10.2015.

On 01.10.2015, the learned counsel for respondent sought time to file response and thus the matter was adjourned to 23.11.2015. On 27.01.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and thereafter again on 06.04.2016, despite the matter being called thrice, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 18.05.2016.

Today again, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called out thrice.

The petitioner does not seem to be interested in prosecuting the matter.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
