% 20.12.2016 It is submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioner and complainant before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 28th July, 2016 and thereafter, husband (petitioner) and wife (complainant) have started living together. Complainant is present in Court and has confirmed this fact.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
