This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 4th February, 2016.

The counsel for the respondents Delhi University (DU) has in compliance therewith supplied to the counsel for the petitioner a copy of the 'New Resolution' as mentioned in para 5 of the counter affidavit of the respondents DU. A copy of the said Resolution has also been handed over in the Court and taken on record.

The counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance with which the petition was filed stands redressed.

Recording the same, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
