1. Pleadings are complete qua defendant no.1.
2. As per office note, affidavit of admission/denial has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff to the documents of defendant no.1.
3. Plaintiff has also filed replication to the written statement of LRs of defendant no.4 along with affidavit of admission/denial of documents.
4. Let the pleadings be completed as per law.

Accordingly, Registry is directed to do the needful. I.A.No.11221/2023 (under Order XI Rule 5 r/w Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the plaintiff to bring on record additional documents)
6. Learned counsel for defendant no.1 had already submitted that he has no objection, if captioned IA is allowed.
7. Reply to the captioned IA has been filed on behalf of LRs of defendant no.4. Rejoinder thereto has also been filed.
8. By way of captioned IA, plaintiff seeks to place on record General Power of Attorney of Mr. Mukesh Kumar dated 04/07/2016.
9. In view of the order dated 22/11/2022 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CS(COMM) 322/2023, applications for taking additional documents on record not to be decided by the Joint Registrar.
10. Learned counsels for the parties submit that the matter may be placed before the Hon'ble Court and they will make appropriate submissions before the Hon'ble Court
11. At joint request, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on 08th April, 2024.
