% 21.08.2019 During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the SDMC has drawn attention to the Court to an order dated June 25, 2019 whereby the Corporation has cancelled the parking site allotted to the petitioner at Nehru Place. The said order also reveals that the petitioner's firm has also been blacklisted.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and connected applications to challenge the said order in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be within his right to take all pleas both on facts and in law while challenging the order dated June 25, 2019.
