% 05.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner had inter alia prayed that the evening classes be continued to be conducted in the next session 2018-2019 so as to enable the petitioner and other similarly placed students to attend them. The respondents have filed their counter affidavit in which they have categorically stated in Paras 6 & 8 thereof that the arrangements made for holding classes for students of Law Centre -I & II admitted prior to 2015 will be a continuing event for the next year.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the respondents in their counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the petition any further and is satisfied with the statement made by the respondents in the counter affidavit.
