% 04.11.2015 The petitioner claims seniority at par with his batch-mate Mr. Jignesh Kumar (who succeeded in W.P.(C) No.960/2014) with effect from 01.08.2008. The respondents submit that the petitioner's said claim is being acceded to and request for some time. In view of the request made on behalf of the respondents, they are directed to pass appropriate orders granting the benefit to petitioner at par with Mr.Jignesh Kumar within six weeks and make consequential orders as necessary.
