By way of this application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner is praying for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.1573/2015 under Sections 365/394/397/34 IPC registered at PS Tilak Nagar, Delhi. 2.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to first approach before the learned Trial Court after re-examination of PW-1 and if unsuccessful to approach this Court again.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed.
