% 18.01.2016 In pursuance to the last order dated 23rd September, 2015, learned counsel for DSIIDC has today in Court handed over a copy of the speaking order dated 15th January, 2016 by virtue of which petitioner's application for conversion has been rejected. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wishes to challenge the said order.

Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 15th January, 2016. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
