The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.247/2015 registered under Sections 376/506 IPC at PS Bhalswa Dairy. Status report is on record.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2015. Perusal of the Trial Court record reveals that the prosecutrix has not supported the prosecution and has turned hostile. As per order dated 04.03.2016 of the learned Trial Court, there is no other incriminating circumstance against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
