% 07.03.2024 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner with Mr.V.Rangarao, senior manager HR of the petitioner company, appearing in person, submitted that the parties have arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 23rd January, 2024 which is also placed on record with the mediation report.
In view of the mediation report and the settlement having been arrived at between the parties, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prayed that the matter may be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

seeking disposal of the present petition in terms of the settlement. He further submitted that the respondent has received all the payments in terms of the settlement.
Taking into account the mediation report with settlement, the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the no objection on behalf of the respondent, the petition along with accompanying applications is thus disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 23rd January, 2024 arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.
