% 11.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 141/2013 under Sections 354A/452/506/323/34 IPC registered at police station Nangloi on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Mahesh Kumar of police station Nangloi. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Compromise Deed dated 29th July, 2017. In terms of the settlement, petitioners have paid `1.10 lacs to the respondent no.2 today in Court by way of a demand draft, photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Respondent no.2 admits having received the settled amount and says that she has no objection in quashing of the FIR.

Keeping in view that petitioners and respondent no.2 are neighbours and a quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which they have now settled amicably, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 141/2013 under Sections 354-A/452/506/323/34 IPC registered at police station Nangloi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
