1. On the last date, this Court after noticing that the matter was being adjourned from time to time to await outcome of the SLP (Civil) No.30621/2011, had granted time to the learned counsel for the petitioner to obtain instructions as to why the present petition should be kept pending any further.

2. Today, she submits that the aforesaid SLP is still pending consideration. After some arguments, she concedes that the impugned order in itself directs that the relief granted to the respondents would remain subject to outcome of the aforesaid SLP.

impugned order, if any, granted to the respondent would remain subject to outcome of the aforesaid SLP, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order or to keep the petition pending any further.

4. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of by reiterating that promotion if granted to the respondents in terms of the impugned order will remain subject to outcome of SLP (Civil) No.30621/2011.
