O R D E R

% 18.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR No.198/2014 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Madhu Vihar on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by ASI Devender Kumar of police station Madhu Vihar.

Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioners of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 further submits that petitioners have

also compensated him by paying `20,000/- today in Court. He submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioners and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.198/2014 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Madhu Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
