The parties have amicably settled their disputes. The terms of the settlement are recorded in a joint application signed by both the parties and supported by their affidavits. Learned counsels for the parties have handed over the joint application which is taken on record. The Registry shall number the same.

Petitioner as well as respondent no.2 are present in Court with their counsels and they confirm the terms of the settlement recorded in the joint application.

The statement of the parties have also been recorded by the Joint Registrar on 6th March, 2017.

Respondent no.2 has paid a sum of Rs.2 lakh to the petitioner in full and final settlement of his claims under the Employees' Compensation Act as well as FIR No.207/2009, P.S. Mangol Puri. The appellant present in Court has no objection to the quashing/compounding of FIR No.207/209,

P.S. Mangol Puri and he submits that he shall give his no objection before the concerned court.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
