% 12.03.2019 The only issue urged by the petitioner, who appears in person is that the evaluated answer sheets of the exam of LDCE held in the year 2014 for promotion to the post of Assistant Manager (Electrical) having been inspected by him on 16th January, 2017, the certified copies thereof have not been given to him.

Mr. V.S.R. Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, he shall take instructions in that regard and requests for an adjournment by a week.
