Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that most of the grievances stand redressed. However, he points out that if the Court may consider directing the respondent-Corporation to issue the salary slip, the further hardship of the petitioner would stand mitigated. 2.

He further submits that the petitioner be also granted liberty to approach the respondent-Corporation in case, it feels any difficulty in availing various facilities as has been indicated in the counter affidavit. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation submits that there is no reason to deny any of the facilities to the employees of the respondent-Corporation, if they are so entitled, in accordance with law. to the bank account of the employees and all employees are entitled to get salary slip which is provided by the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO).

Keeping in mind the short controversy involved in the instant writ petition, the Court, at this stage is not inclined to keep this petition pending on its Board and instead, directs the respondent-Corporation to ensure that the stand taken in the counter affidavit is strictly adhered to. 5.

The liberty is also granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation with respect to the specific grievance. If such a step is taken by the petitioner, the respondent-Corporation undertakes to deal with the same in accordance with law.

Needless to state that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the respondent-Corporation's response, it is entitled to approach this Court in a fresh writ petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
