O R D E R

% 07.09.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the married daughter of main accused Neelam Suri. As per the FIR, complainant had invested money with Neelam and Madhu Group. Petitioner is living separately. No specific allegations have been levelled in the FIR that the petitioner had collected money.

Main accused Neelam Suri and Hemlata are on regular bail.

Madhu Nanda has already been granted anticipatory bail.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty

Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Station House Officer concerned. Petitioner shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when she is called upon to do so. Application is disposed of in the above terms. A.K.
