% 17.03.2016 CS(OS) 2713/2015 Learned counsel for plaintiffs has submitted that since jurisdiction value of the present suit is Rs.2 crore, therefore, the same may be transferred to South District having pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction since cause of action arose in Malviya Nagar and the suit property is also situated there, to which learned counsel for defendant has no objection.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, South District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi on 06.08.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
