The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.819/2014 registered under Sections 395/397/412/120B/34 IPC at PS Ashok Vihar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2014. Statement of the complainant has been recorded. Learned APP, in fairness, admitted that the petitioner was not identified by the victim in her Court statement. Only allegations, at present, against the petitioner are about recovery of a robbed gold ring.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
