By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole for maintaining social ties and to meet old age mother.

He also challenges the communication dated 14th September, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole on the ground aforesaid was dismissed.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that that the petitioner was granted interim suspension of sentence during the pendency of appeal when he jumped the same and was re-arrested on 12th May, 2012 in another FIR. Thereafter the petitioner was thrice granted parole after the conviction was upheld by this Court and the third parole when granted the petitioner jumped the same as well and was re-arrested only after nearly 5 months. Considering past conduct of the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner or set aside the communication dated 14th September, 2018.

Petition is dismissed.
