Ld. counsel for petitioner submits that he has no objection, if the present application is allowed.
The petition u/S 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, in which original documents were filed, has already been disposed off by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 08.12.2016.
In view of above, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to return the original documents to applicants/ counsel for applicant against proper receipt, as per Law.
IA stands disposed off accordingly.
