O R D E R

% 28.11.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Amit Kumar of police station Moti Nagar. She submits that she is 29 years old.

She has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Memorandum of Understanding/Compromise Deed dated 16.11.2018. She further submits that petitioner has compensated her for the mental trauma suffered by her by paying `20,000/-.

She has no objection in case FIR No. 200/2013 under Sections 354/323/451/34 IPC registered at police station Moti Nagar is quashed qua the petitioner only.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioner and

respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending against the petitioner. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioner only. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
