This petition is disposed of with the consent order that the liability of the petitioner towards the respondents is crystallized at a sum of Rs.2,08,54,817/- alongwith interest @ 10% per annum simple from 12.9.2014 in full and final satisfaction of the amount due under the Award against the petitioner, but no costs as awarded by the Award dated 16.8.2018 would be payable by the petitioner to the respondents. The aforesaid amount will be paid by the petitioner to the respondents in 10 equal monthly instalments commencing from the month of March, 2019. As agreed, PDCs
for the 10 equal instalments will be handed over by the counsel for the petitioner to the counsel for the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of the complete amount by the respondents from the petitioner, respondents will hand over all the documents which have been given by the petitioner to the respondents with respect to the property which was to be purchased by the respondents from the petitioner. 2.
It is clarified that in case the amount due, as stated above, is not paid within 10 months, then, the Award will revive as a whole i.e also towards costs which are imposed against the petitioner by the impugned Award.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
