An Application under Section 378(3) of the Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Appellant/State for grant of Leave to Appeal against the Judgment of acquittal dated 28.03.2017, on the grounds that the testimony of the child as well as the mother was recorded which has not been appreciated in the right perspective and the impugned judgment is liable to be set aside. 2.
For the reasons stated in the Application, the Leave to Appeal is allowed.
