O R D E R

% 29.04.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case direction are issued to the Trial Court to expedite the recording of prosecution evidence, he shall not press this application at this stage.

Keeping in view of the totality of the facts and circumstances, trial court is directed to expedite the recording of prosecution evidence and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of 9 months from the next date before the Trial Court. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
