% 19.04.2018 Mr. Sharma has tendered in Court the order dated 18.04.2018 passed by the Ministry of External Affairs in exercise of Section 29 of Extradition Act, 1962 vide which the Central Government has cancelled its order of endorsement of foreign warrant dated 17.08.2017 and withdrawn its order dated 17.08.2017 passed under Section 17 read with Section 15 of the Extradition Act, 1962 and discharged the petitioner - Nizar Ben Moncef Allagui.

In view of the said order, copy whereof is taken on record, this petition does not survive, as the same has become infructuous. The petitioner stands disposed of.
