O R D E R

% 15.01.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever stridhan articles were in possession of petitioner have already been handed over to the complainant.

Petitioner has also appeared before the Investigating Officer and participated in the investigation. It is submitted that petitioner has also deposited `50,000/- in the bank account of complainant by taking a loan. It is further submitted that general allegations have been levelled in the FIR regarding demand of dowry by the petitioner. Petitioner has already remained in custody for about one and a half months. Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the

trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
