Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. It is contended that the parties have settled their disputes and Settlement Agreement dated 04.04.2019 has been entered into before the Supreme Court of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties were referred to mediation and Settlement Agreement dated 04.04.2019 has been entered into which has also been made part of the order dated 06.05.2019 by the Supreme Court in Writ Petition Civil No.412/2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, in terms of the settlement.
