Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the captioned petition in view of the fact that the petitioner has de-registered himself qua the concerned course.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, says that in case an issue arises qua prayer clause (iii), she should have liberty to raise the same in an appropriate case.

In prayer clause (iii), the petitioner has sought directions qua the respondent with regard to guidelines in respect of inquiries being conducted against the students when disciplinary action is proposed against them. 4.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, albeit, as per law.
