O R D E R

% 01.08.2018 On the oral prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioners, Shri Sanjay (one of the accused) is impleaded as respondent no. 4. Amended memo of parties be filed during course of the day. By this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners have prayed for quashing of the following criminal cases, details whereof are as under:- a) FIR No. 189/2013 under Sections 452/354/323/506/34 IPC registered

at Police Station Sangam Vihar on the complaint of respondent no. 2 Neetika.

b) Complaint case no. 35/1 pending in the Court of Shri Gaurav Gupta, Metropolitan Magistrate - 04/South, New Delhi filed by respondent no. 3 Saroj Negi against the petitioners and respondent no. 4. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 5th July, 2017. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 (complainants) are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Prem Kumar of police station Sangam Vihar. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners and respondent no. 4 of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and not willing to pursue the aforesaid criminal cases and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners, respondent no. 4 and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
