% 15.09.2017 By the petition, the petitioner, who has installed fire fighting and fire alarm system at Hindu Rao Hospital seeks grant of prayer, as follows :

"a writ of mandamus commanding the Respondent to furnish the details of the accounts along with the bills in relation to the W.O. No. EEE-II CLZ/SYS/2013-2014/154 dated 05.09.2013 vide W.O. No. EEE-II CLZ/SYS/20132014/155 dated 05.309.2013." The prayer made is really innocuous and the ld. counsel for the respondent on his part submits that he has instructions to state that the required details and the bills, as prayed for, shall be furnished to the
