% 25.01.2018 Respondent no.2 is husband of respondent no.3. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Amit Kumar of police station Connaught Place. He submits that present FIR No. 642/2002 under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC was registered at police station Connaught Place on the joint complaint filed by him and his wife, that is, respondent no.3. He further submits that matter has been amicably settled with the petitioner before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Report dated 2nd December, 2013. Copy of the Settlement Report is annexed as Annexure-B. Respondent no.2 has identified his signatures and that of his wife at points 'X' and 'Y' respectively. He submits that settlement has been arrived with the petitioner by him and his wife voluntarily and without any undue

force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that his wife-respondent no.3 has instructed him to convey to this Court that she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. He also has no objection in quashing of the FIR in terms of the settlement.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 before the Mediation Centre voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
