% 31.01.2018 Mr. S.P. Jain, the learned counsel for the appellant, upon instructions, states that the appellant has re-considered the matter and in view of the peculiar/unfortunate circumstances of the present case involving the tragic loss of life of the respondent's husband, would not like to press this appeal. Instead, payment of the compensation amount granted to the widow of the victim would be the honourable option.

Accordingly, he seeks to withdraw the appeal. Hence, it is dismissed as withdrawn.
