% 09.10.2017 Counsel for the respondents has handed over to us copy of Signal dated 6th October, 2017 as per which, the posting order under challenge in the present writ petition has been cancelled. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous.

Counsel for the petitioner states that he apprehends that another posting order may be passed.

We would not like to comment on the said statement on apprehension. We would on the other hand, observe that assumption is that the respondents would act as per law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
