% 18.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably.
Therefore, FIR No.249/2012 under Sections 323/324/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali, New Delhi on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court today and has been identified by SI Pawan Kumar, Police Station Mandawali. He says that he and petitioners were living in the same locality and a quarrel ensued between them on some trivial issue. He says that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 amicably, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 249/2012 under Sections 323/324/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali, New Delhi and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.
Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of.
