We have heard the counsel appearing for the respondent - South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC).

Counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that they are taking action against the unauthorized constructions in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policy.

In view of this statement and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby direct the respondent - SDMC to remove the unauthorized constructions, if any, which are stated in the memo of this writ petition, in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policy

applicable to the facts of the present case after giving adequate opportunity of being heard to the concerned parties, as early as possible and practicable. 5.
