CRL.M.C. 3719/2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking expeditious trial in FIR No.10/2014, under Sections 302/34 IPC, registered at Police StationGazipur, Delhi pending before the Trial Court. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is facing trial in the aforesaid FIR and the trial of the case is going at snail's pace. She has further submitted that out of 27 prosecution witnesses, the Trial Court has examined only 10 witnesses and submits that the Trial Court be directed to expedite trial in FIR No.10/2014, under Sections 302/34 IPC, registered at Police Station-Gazipur, Delhi.

Learned APP for State on instructions from Investigating Officer has submitted that out of 27 prosecution witnesses, 11 witnesses have been examined.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is directed to conduct the trial as expeditiously as possible and for that to take up the matter on day to day basis, if required. The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court forthwith for necessary compliance.

Copy of this order be given dasti.
