% 12.09.2017 Status report has been filed. IO is present. It has been verified that the father of the petitioner is admitted in hospital and his surgery is fixed for 13.09.2017.

In view of the above, the petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. The petitioner shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of Delhi NCR and he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the period of interim bail. Bail application is disposed of.
