% 25.10.2017 Respondent nos. 2 and 3, namely, Monika Yadav and Sagar Chaudhary are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by W/SI Anita Sharma of Police Station Mukherjee Nagar. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 were friends. Respondent no. 2 has alleged in the FIR that petitioner continued to follow her even after their friendship broke off. He also abused her and when her friend respondent no. 3 Sagar Chaudhary objected to this, petitioner beat him. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 say that they have settled the matter with petitioner of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They submit

that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, FIR No.655/2017 under Sections 354-D/506/509 IPC registered at police station Mukherjee Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
