% 18.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 2nd August, 2017 vide Settlement Agreement (Annexure - P/14). Therefore, FIR No.138/2014 under Sections 406/420 IPC registered at Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed. Sh. Rajeev Shankar, Senior Manager, Legal is present in Court and has been identified by SI Jitendra Singh, Police Station Kalkaji. He says that he is the authorized representative of respondent no.2 and, therefore, is making a statement on behalf of respondent no.2. Photocopy of authority letter has been placed on record at page 99. A perusal of the FIR shows that same is an outcome of commercial dispute between the respondent no.2 and petitioners. Mr. Rajeev Shankar says that the matter has been settled before

the Mediation Centre inasmuch as entire settled amount has been paid by the petitioners to respondent no.2 and he is not willing to pursue the FIR against any of the petitioners and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No.138/2014 under Sections 406/420 IPC registered at Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi, which is at the stage of investigation is quashed. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of.
