% 13.09.2017 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of FIR No. 113/2017 registered at Police Station - Lodhi Colony. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Perusal of the record shows that a separate petition is to be filed for quashing of the FIR which has been registered under Section 174A IPC as stated by the counsel for the petitioner on 29.08.2017 before the Court of Ashutosh Kumar, J.

In these circumstances, the present petition along with the pending applications is dismissed.
