"1. Mr. Ashvini Kumar, proxy counsel appearing for Mr. Amol Sinha, learned ASC for the State and submits that the FIR No.247/2017 under Section 498A of IPC, 1860 registered at PS Fatehpur Beri, which is the FIR in subject matter of these petitions has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2019 in W.P.(CRL.) 315/2019 titled as "Gourav Choudhary and others vs. Govt of NCT of Delhi & Anr."" 2.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Vide the aforesaid order dated 04.08.2023, Court notices were issued to the petitioners. However, the same have come back unnerved with remarks „no such person resides there‟.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners on the last date of hearing, i.e, 07.11.2023 as well.

In view of the above, the present petitions are dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
