% 06.02.2018 Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that after the petitioner has removed the deficiency vide letter dated 11.10.2017, the matter has been reconsidered by the respondents and a decision has been taken to grant affiliation of the petitioner-institute and an order in this respect will be uploaded on the website within three days.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous as relief prayed for him stands satisfied.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous. The pending application also stands disposed of.
